Doctor Doolittle (April 1st)Before Robert Downey Jr. played Dolittle as a bizarrely accented voyager, Eddie Murphy took on the role in doctor Doolittle. A '90s classic, the movie remains a fun trip down memory lane and is equally enjoyable for kids today thanks to its timeless use of toilet humour and slapstick gags.
A Wrinkle in Time (March 25th)Ava DuVernay's imaginative adaptation of Madeleine L'Engle's classic children's book is exactly the wholesome story you've been looking for. Meg Murry (Storm Reid) and her genius little brother journey through cracks in time to find their missing scientist father. They're guided on their quest by three supernatural beings: Mrs. Whatsit (Reese Witherspoon), Mrs. Who (Mindy Kaling), and Mrs. Which (Oprah Winfrey). Whilst some technical aspects fall flat, A Wrinkle in Time is all about courage, perseverance, and family – and is well worth the watch for a heart-warming payoff.
Frozen 2 (March 16th)In the sequel to the hugely-successful Frozen, Queen Elsa is finally beginning to realise the extent of her powers. After hearing a mysterious voice call to her, she and Anna travel to the Enchanted Forest to discover their beloved kingdom of Arandelle did not achieve greatness the way they thought. With suitably epic new songs, the sisters once again face tough decisions as they embark together on a journey of self discovery.
Black Panther (March 4th)With Black Panther finally arriving on the streaming service, now's the perfect time to go back on feast on all those Marvel movies before Black Widow arrives in just under two months. And if you haven't watched them all, fear not, as Black Panther is a wonderful standalone superhero flick that's worth everyone's time.
Ice Age (March 1st)Ice Age isn't just an entertaining prehistoric adventure filled with plenty of laughs and slapstick humour. It could be significant for Disney Plus as a whole. This marks one of the first times that a big Fox property has been introduced to the House of Mouse's streaming service. The floodgates could soon be opening.
Star Wars: The Clone Wars season 7 (February 21st)Star Wars: The Clone Wars is back for its final season, bridging the final gap between Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith. How will this all go down? Who can say. Toy Story 4 (February 5th)

Around the World in 80 Days (February 1st)Disney's Around the World in 80 Days may not be the best version of the iconic story – but it is the most star-studded. Come for Jackie Chan, Steve Coogan, and Arnold Schwarzenegger, stay for Kathy Bates, Owen Wilson, Luke Wilson, John Cleese, Will Forte, Mark Addy, and entrepreneur Richard Branson.
Aladdin (January 8th)When the Aladdin trailer first debuted Will Smith's Genie, everybody thought the Disney flick would be an utter disaster. Somehow, director Guy Ritchie managed to make this one of the most enjoyable live-action adaptations yet. What's more, thanks to the movie's surprising qualities, Aladdin went on to become a huge box-office success. While perhaps not as great as the original animation, this one's still worth a watch.
Cool Runnings (January 1st)There are, frankly, few films as funny or as heartfelt as Cool Runnings. That may be the nostalgia talking, but revisiting this wonderful movie still warms you soul. As the Jamaican bobsled team says, "Feel the Rhythm! Feel the Rhyme! Get on up, it's bobsled time!"
The Mandalorian (Finished December 27th)We knew The Mandalorian would be good, but this good? Since concluding in December, dozens of publications have claimed that the Star Wars show represents the future of the franchise – one beyond big-screen trilogies and spin-off stories. The Baby Yoda show impresses with its breezy pace and fantastic creatures. We cannot wait for The Mandalorian season 2.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi (December 26th)Controversial upon release, many Star Wars fans have come to adore The Last Jedi for steering the franchise in a new direction and taking risks with beloved characters. While The Rise of Skywalker may have retconned a few ideas from Episode 8, Rian Johnson's movie remains a glorious addition to the series – and perhaps the best cinematography we've yet seen in a Star Wars film.
Thor: Ragnarok (December 5th)Taika Waititi made a Marvel movie unlike any other Marvel movie with Thor: Ragnarok. The director managed to take arguably the most boring Avenger and transform him into one of the group's funniest. Throw in an excellent Tessa Thompson, Jeff Goldblum, and Mark Ruffalo (as a returning Hulk) and Ragnarok really is one of the best MCU movies to date.
